Crafton Park Pavilions

Crafton Park is located on West Steuben Street in Crafton. The 10.73 acre park features a public swimming pool, playground, three pavilions which are available for rental, picnic tables, community farm, ball fields, and amphitheater. All three pavilions are equipped with newer charcoal grills and electric. Crafton's Pavilions are available to rent for your next private event. The Hoffman & Bogus Pavilions, rented at a combined discounted rate can accommodate approx. 165+ people. The Broglie Pavilion can accommodate approx. 45 people. Rates vary and are as noted below.

The Crafton Park Pavilion rental season runs from April 15th through September 30th of each year. Rental Applications will be accepted no less than 7 days prior to your requested date. Applicants must show proof of residency by providing a current and valid State Issued Photo ID. Crafton Borough residents can begin submitting rental permit applications on the first business day of the calendar year. Non-Resident applications will be accepted beginning May 1st, of each calendar year.

*Rental Deposit is required for ALL Pavilion Rentals and is due with the application fee at the time of booking.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking. This security deposit is separate from the rental fee and is subject to the terms and conditions of Crafton Borough’s current Park Rules & Regulations. Rentals that are left according to the terms and conditions therein will be refunded their security deposit. 

Booking Policy: Residents may book shelter rentals for the current calendar year starting on the first business day of that calendar year. Non-residents may book shelter rentals starting on May 1st of the current calendar year. Reservations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the requested date.

Non-Profit Organization Exemption: The following organizations or entitles shall be exempted from the Park Shelter rental fees referenced above: (1) a Crafton Borough agency or commission; or (2) a non-profit organization with its principle administrative offices located in Crafton Borough, as long as the organization provides proof of the non-profit status acceptable to the Borough. For purposes of this General Fee Schedule, a non-profit organization shall be defined as an organization that is qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. §501(c)(3), or equivalent status.  Borough Employees, Fire Department Members, Elected and Appointed Officials can receive a 50% discount on one rental per year. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of shelter rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day will not be refunded their security deposit.
